System Health Check Script
MediumShell Scripting20-30 minThe brief
Write a system health-check script at /root/case/healthcheck.sh that an operator can run to get a quick status report of the box. It must report three things: disk usage, memory usage, and system load. Make the script executable and make sure it runs cleanly (exits 0). Grading runs your script: it must be executable, succeed, and actually run the disk (df), memory (free), and load (uptime) queries, not just mention them.
What you'll do
- Create an executable script at /root/case/healthcheck.sh
- Report disk, memory, and load
- Exit cleanly (status 0)
Hands-on lab: you work on a real Linux box in your browser, graded on the machine's actual state.
