Awk: Field Extraction
EasySed & Awk3-5 minThe brief
/root/work/team.txt has three whitespace-separated columns: name, role, city.
Pull just the ROLE column into /root/work/out.txt, one per line.
Grading compares against that column, so emitting the wrong one — or the whole line — fails.
What you'll do
- Extract the role column, the second of the three
- Save the column to /root/work/out.txt
Hands-on lab: you work on a real Linux box in your browser, graded on the machine's actual state.
