Sed: Multiple Commands in One Pass

You have two edits to make to the same file, and you would rather do them in a single pass than run the tool twice.
In /root/work/status.txt, change every 'PENDING' to 'DONE' and every 'oldserver' to 'newserver' — in one invocation — saving to /root/work/out.txt.
Grading compares against the result of both substitutions.
What you'll do
- Apply both substitutions in a single invocation
- Save the doubly-edited text to /root/work/out.txt
