Extract lines from /root/work/text.txt into /root/work/out.txt that use 'the' as a WHOLE word.
'other', 'them' and 'theory' merely contain those three letters, so a line does not qualify on their account.

- out.txt holds exactly the lines using 'the' as a whole word
