Extract lines from /root/work/words.txt into /root/work/out.txt that contain either spelling: 'color' or 'colour'.
Match the text anywhere in the line, including inside a longer word (a line with 'colorful' or 'colourist' would count too). Treat the 'u' as repeatable rather than merely optional — 'colouur' counts too.
