The brief

This box shipped with a generic hostname. Set its static hostname to webserver.example.com by writing /etc/hostname, and add a matching entry to /etc/hosts so the name resolves locally.

What you'll do

Set the static hostname to webserver.example.com (/etc/hostname)
Add a matching 127.0.1.1 entry to /etc/hosts
