Build the Workshop
EasyLinux Fundamentals10-15 minThe brief
You've been handed the keys to an empty workspace at /root/workshop and a build spec. Construct this exact structure inside it:
workshop/
└── project/
├── src/ (with an empty file: main.txt)
├── docs/ (with an empty file: readme.txt)
└── archive/
That's three directories under project/ and one empty file in each of src/ and docs/. mkdir -p raises whole nested paths in one command, and touch makes empty files. The spec is exact — the grader checks every path.
What you'll do
- Create project/ inside /root/workshop with src/, docs/, and archive/ inside it
- Create the empty file main.txt inside src/
- Create the empty file readme.txt inside docs/
Hands-on lab: you work on a real Linux box in your browser, graded on the machine's actual state.
