Dojo: Unique IPs, Sorted
EasyOne-Liner Dojo5 minThe brief
The log /root/requests.log has one request per line, client IP in field 1 — with plenty of repeats. In ONE line, write the SORTED, DE-DUPLICATED list of IPs (one per line) to /root/answer.txt.
There's a one-flag way to sort and dedupe together. Reaching for sort piped into uniq works, but it's a stage longer than it needs to be. Beat par.
What you'll do
- Write the sorted, unique list of client IPs to /root/answer.txt, in one line
Hands-on lab: you work on a real Linux box in your browser, graded on the machine's actual state.
