Dojo: Sweep the Temp Files
MediumOne-Liner Dojo10 minThe brief
A build left scratch files all over /root/work — every one ending in .tmp. In ONE line, delete every *.tmp file under /root/work (at any depth) and leave everything else untouched.
The elegant move is to let find do the deleting itself — no pipe into xargs, no -exec rm subprocess per file. Reach for the flag that makes find remove what it matches.
What you'll do
- Delete all *.tmp files under /root/work, keeping every other file, in one line
Hands-on lab: you work on a real Linux box in your browser, graded on the machine's actual state.
