The brief

Stand up a service account in a single command: a user named 'deploy', with home directory /srv/deploy (created), and login shell /bin/bash.

All three must be true at once. Beginners reach for useradd, then mkdir, then usermod — three commands. The Dojo wants it in ONE. Find the flags that do it all in a single useradd invocation.
