Dojo: How Many Distinct Users?

The log /root/access2.log lists a username in field 1 on every line, with lots of repeats. In ONE line, write the NUMBER of DISTINCT users to /root/answer.txt.
Extract the column, keep one of each, count them. Three tools, one pipe.
