GitHub Actions: Name the Uploaded Artifact

A teammate can't find a job's build output in the run's Artifacts list, because they're searching for the wrong name. /root/project/task.txt names the job (it differs per session). Examine /root/project/ci.yml and record the NAME of the artifact THAT job uploads with actions/upload-artifact (the name: under its with:) to /root/answers/action.txt. Downloads don't count — only what the job uploads.
